The prices apply to the agreed, listed scope of service and delivery. Additional, extra or special services will be charged separately. Prices are quoted in euros ex works plus packaging, statutory VAT, customs duties for export deliveries, as well as fees and other public charges.
Freight costs for voluminous goods, e.g. hoof crushes, carcass covers and plastic tanks, which cannot be sent by parcel service at all or only with difficulty, may vary. These are displayed when the goods are added to the shopping basket.

If you order several items from us within the scope of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will dispatch the goods in several partial shipments, depending on availability, for which the delivery times specified for the respective item apply. There are no additional shipping costs.

The delivery period for payment in advance begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
